WARRANTY POLICY

Materials
• 925 Sterling Silver — 92.5% silver, BIS Hallmarked where applicable.
• 18K Gold Vermeil — 925 silver base electroplated with 18K gold; silver-based, recoverable at silver value.
Manufacturing warranty — 6 months
• Covers clasp failure, chain breakage, stone loss, structural and finishing defects under normal use.
• Excludes damage from impact, chemicals, water, sweat, improper storage, normal wear, self/third-party repair, and loss.
• Defect on arrival (reported within 24 hours): free reverse pickup, replacement in 5–7 business days.
• Claim after 24 hours (within 6 months): customer pays courier both ways; repair/replacement free.
Vermeil plating warranty — 12 months
• Covers premature wear, peeling/flaking, or significant discolouration within 12 months under normal use.
• Excludes wear at contact points after 8–12 months, and damage from perfume/sweat/water/chemicals.
• If approved: ship to us at your cost; replating free, return courier borne by you. One claim per piece.
Lifetime Free Minor Repair
• Both metals, lifetime: stone/prong tightening, clasp fixes, minor reshaping, polishing. Repair free; customer pays courier both ways. Major repairs quoted separately.
Silver Upgrade Programme
• Trade a 925 silver piece toward any new purchase; our inspection team provides a written quote, deducted from the new piece, pay difference prepaid. Vermeil not eligible.
• Request → ship at your cost → written quote in 48 hrs → accept (15-day code) or decline (returned at your cost).
Lifetime Buyback Programme
• Both metals; buyback deduction toward a new purchase in the same metal category (no cross-category, not combinable).
• No fixed formula. Our inspection team provides a written quote within 24–48 hours of your request, based on silver weight and current silver rate; vermeil valued on silver content only. Quote valid 48 hrs.

Exclusions (all programmes)
• Third-party repair, missing proof of purchase, counterfeit pieces, wilful/chemical damage, extreme misuse.
Care & authenticity
• Silver: store dry in pouch; remove before water/perfume/exercise; clean with silver cloth.
• Vermeil: remove before water; apply perfume/lotion before wearing; clean with soft damp cloth only.
• Every piece ships with an Authenticity Card and Order Invoice — both required for all claims.
