LIFETIME BUYBACK PROGRAMME

No expiry. No fixed discount. A quote on real silver value at the time you request it, applied toward a new purchase.

How it works

•    Return an eligible piece for a buyback deduction toward a new purchase in the same metal category (silver→silver, vermeil→vermeil). Not a cash refund.

•    New purchase must exceed the deduction; not combinable with other offers.

Eligibility

•    Aurea Sterling 925 silver or 18K vermeil from aureasterling.com, with authenticity card or invoice.

•    One buyback per piece; no minimum holding period. Personalised pieces assessed case-by-case.

Value

•    No fixed percentage or public formula. Our inspection team evaluates each piece and provides a written quote within 24–48 hours of your request, based on silver weight and the current silver rate.

•    Vermeil valued on silver content only — gold plating has negligible value.

•    Listed weights are approximate (±10%, handcrafted); quote uses workshop-verified weight.

Process

•    Email care@aureasterling.com (“Buyback — Order #[ID]”) with order ID, photos, authenticity card, intended new piece.

•    Receive a written Proforma Quote within 48 business hours (valid 48 hours).

•    Approve and ship at your cost via trackable insured courier.

•    Inspection within 48 hours: quote confirmed or revised down, never up.

•    Accept → 15-day single-use code, pay difference prepaid. Refuse → returned at your cost.

Exclusions

•    Third-party repair, missing proof of purchase, pieces not from aureasterling.com, wilful damage, missing components.

Offered by Aurea Gold and Diamonds LLP, Surat, Gujarat. Does not limit rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
