TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms govern your use of aureasterling.com and any purchase. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
1. About us

2. Eligibility
• You are 18+, provide accurate information, and buy for personal use/gifting unless authorised for resale.
3. Products
• 925 Sterling Silver (BIS Hallmarked where applicable) and 18K Gold Vermeil. Nickel-free; individual reactions can occur.
• Colours vary by screen; handcrafted pieces vary slightly. Weights approximate, may vary up to ±10% (handcrafted) — not a defect.
• Damage from improper care, chemicals, sweat, water, or rough handling is not covered.
4. Pricing & orders
• Prices in INR incl. GST; price at checkout applies. We may cancel orders at incorrect prices (full refund).
• An order is an offer, accepted on payment/verification + dispatch confirmation. We may refuse for fraud, unverifiable info, reseller activity, or stock/pricing errors.
5. Payments
• Cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI. COD only on final invoice value (after discounts) of ₹10,000 or below; above ₹10,000 prepaid only.
• Processed by PCI-DSS gateways including GoKwik; we don't store card/banking credentials.
6. Resale
• End consumers/gifting only. No third-party resale (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra) without a written agreement. We may limit quantities.
7. Shipping & returns
• Governed by our Shipping, Return & Refund, Warranty, and Lifetime Buyback policies, which form part of these Terms.
8. Discount codes
• Limited period; may carry restrictions; not combinable unless stated; no cash value; void if abused.
9. Intellectual property
• All site content, designs, and the “Aurea Sterling” / “AUREA” marks are our exclusive IP. No copying, reselling, replicating designs, or using our marks without written consent.
10. User content
• By posting reviews/photos you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them. Must be original and lawful; we may remove any content.
11. Acceptable use
• No unlawful use, IP infringement, malware, harassment, scraping, false info, or interference with the site. Violations may end access.
12. Disclaimer & liability
• Site and products provided “as is”; no warranty of non-allergenicity for any individual.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at the amount paid for the order. Does not limit rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Indemnity & force majeure
• You indemnify us against claims from your breach, unlawful acts, content, or product misuse.
• Not liable for delays from events beyond our control (disasters, lockdowns, strikes, courier/gateway outages).
14. Termination
• We may suspend access for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, or reseller activity. IP, liability, indemnity, and dispute clauses survive.
15. Governing law & disputes
• Laws of India. Disputes resolved by arbitration (Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996; seat Surat, English, sole arbitrator) on an individual basis. Surat courts have jurisdiction.
16. Grievance

• We may update these Terms; material changes get at least 7 days' notice.
