SHIPPING POLICY

 

Every Aurea Sterling order is packed with care and shipped to reach you safely.

Coverage & charges

    Ships to all serviceable pincodes in India. No international shipping.

    FREE shipping on all orders (Prepaid and COD).

Payment

    Prepaid: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI.

    COD available only on final invoice value (after discounts) of ₹10,000 or below; above ₹10,000 is prepaid only.

    Repeated COD refusal/non-payment may restrict you to prepaid-only.

Dispatch & delivery

    Dispatched within 48–72 hours (Mon–Sat, excl. holidays). Pre-orders/personalised may take up to 7–10 business days.

    All orders ship via Bluedart Air Express — air only, never road/surface.

    Standard delivery 2–3 business days pan-India from dispatch; remote areas may take longer. Estimates, not guarantees.

    Tracking link sent on dispatch; active within 24 hours.

Packaging

    Tamper-evident outer, branded gift box, anti-tarnish pouch, care + authenticity cards. Gift orders: no invoice enclosed if noted at checkout.

Failed delivery & RTO

    Up to 3 attempts. Failure or refusal → marked RTO. COD RTO: no refund due. Prepaid RTO: refund minus actual forward + reverse shipping within 5–7 business days of inspection.

    Repeated RTO/refusal may block future COD.

Damaged / wrong / missing

    Report within 24 hours with photos + unboxing video to care@aureasterling.com or WhatsApp +91 9998496004. Verified claims get free replacement, exchange, or refund.

Other

    Address change possible before dispatch only.

    Returns governed by the Return & Refund Policy and Lifetime Buyback Programme.

    Not liable for delays from events beyond our control (weather, strikes, disasters, gateway/courier outages).
