RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every piece. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Windows
• Returns (full refund): within 2 business days of delivery.
• Exchanges: within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• After these windows, no returns or exchanges.
Eligibility
• Unworn, unused, original condition, with all components, tags, packaging (box, pouch, authenticity + care cards) and invoice.
• Non-returnable: personalised/engraved, clearance/final-sale, free gifts, and items worn/damaged/altered after delivery.
Exchange value
• Same value: no extra payment. Higher: pay difference. Lower: difference refunded via NEFT/UPI within 5–7 business days.
How to initiate
• Email care@aureasterling.com (“Return/Exchange — Order #[ID]”) or WhatsApp +91 9998496004 with order ID, reason, and photos (defects/wrong items add a video). Reviewed within 24 business hours.
Return shipping
• Defect or wrong item: free reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.
• Size or change of mind: customer ships back via trackable courier (not reimbursed).
• Inspection within 2 business days of receipt; rejected items returned at customer's cost.
Refunds
• To original payment method (card 5–7 days, UPI 3–5 days, net banking 5–7 days, wallet 2–3 days).
• COD: refunded by NEFT/UPI within 7 business days of bank-detail submission; held (not lapsed) up to 6 months if unreachable.
• 100% refund for defect/wrong item/size/change of mind (return shipping for size/change of mind not reimbursed). Processing begins within 5–7 business days of QC approval.
Other
• Exchanges dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval; fresh window from new delivery date.
• Personalised items: replacement only for defect or incorrect personalisation, no cash refund.
• Transit damage handled under Shipping Policy.
• Return abuse (repeat/worn-as-unworn/falsified claims) may restrict you to prepaid-only or block future orders.
• Does not limit rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; National Consumer Helpline 1915.
